D'Clean puts automatic helmet cleaners in parking lots, in front of shops and in other busy spots. A rider puts the helmet in, pays with QRIS and gets it back about five minutes later. We built the electronics and software that keep each machine running and reporting in.
Helmets soak up sweat, dust and humidity. Washing one by hand means days of drying, and it can wreck the foam inside. Riders want it clean now, on the way to work.
D'Clean's answer is a dry-cleaning machine with no staff. That only makes money if the machine is actually up. Partners who own a unit want to know it is online, that every payment came in, and that the cycle really ran, without driving over to check.
Payment had to be cashless. Every machine had to be controllable remotely. And partner brands needed their own view of their machines, without seeing anyone else's.
The chamber takes a full-face or open helmet.
A fresh code appears for every transaction.
UV-C light, a disinfectant fog, ions, and warm air to dry.
It comes out dry, with a light scent.
It runs each stage of the cycle and checks in with the server every five minutes. If a machine goes quiet, we know.
A dynamic QRIS code per transaction. The machine only starts once the payment is confirmed, and every payment is recorded.
Transactions, members and reports in one web dashboard, with remote start and stop for each machine.
Each partner brand sets its own colors, logo and name on the dashboard and the kiosk screen, and its technicians see only their own machines.
A browser-based tool loads and configures a machine's board on site, with ready-made timing profiles per machine type.
Exposed ports closed, secrets rotated, a separate account for every board, and automatic blocking of password guessing.
Machines are placed with partners in Jakarta, Tangerang and Bekasi: in front of shops, at a mall parking area, beside a laundry, a barbershop and a courier hub. Each partner sees its own machines and income in the dashboard.
