Started in 2020 as a bike shop. Ended up in technology.
Singletrek started in 2020 as Singletrek1, a small shop selling cycling apparel. Running it taught us the usual lessons the hard way: stock written down late, orders missed, and a customer always being the first to notice. By 2023 we were building the tools we wished we had, and the shop became the company you see now.
Marcel has worked in B2B field sales and operations for more than 25 years. A lot of that time went into chasing vendors who missed their dates and reading reports that were already out of date. Most of the time, the owner heard about a problem last.
In 2023 we ran the day-to-day of Bangg, a food-ordering service inside a housing cluster. Residents ordered bakso, bubur, bread and vegetables from local vendors over WhatsApp. We kept the vendor schedules, the order list, courier pay and the targets. All of it lived in spreadsheets.
It worked, mostly. What bothered us was that a late delivery was always spotted by a customer before anyone on our side saw it. The people were good. The setup just depended on someone checking.
We wanted the system to notice first.
The name stayed. A singletrack is a narrow bike trail with one way through, and that is what we wanted for a signal from your business: from the sensor to a decision to someone doing something about it, without getting lost on the way.
Since then we have built for a few very different customers. D'Clean has run automatic helmet cleaners with partners in Jakarta, Tangerang and Bekasi since 2025. Cozy Nest Kost in Alam Sutera manages its rooms and waiting list on Cozy Kost, the software we wrote for boarding houses. GrakGrik, a forum where people talk through both sides of a decision, runs on a platform we built for them in 2025.
Now we do the same for other companies. We use hardware that is already proven, connect it to good AI models, and set it up around how your business runs day to day.

D'Clean machines clean a helmet in about five minutes with UV-C light, a disinfectant mist and warm air. Riders pay by QRIS. Every machine checks in with a dashboard, so a dead unit gets noticed quickly.

A forum where every question is set up as two positions, so people hear both before they decide. We built the platform, with communities, polls, video and a search that finds posts by meaning.

We look at the actual problem first. The tech comes after.
Start small
One machine, one building or one vendor first. Bigger spending comes later, if it works.
Plain language
Our reports talk about cost, margin and cash. You will not need a technical person to read them.
